Digital Marketing Analyst & CRO

We are currently growing and expanding our team of experts. Specifically, for our offices located in the central area of Barcelona, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst & CRO who will form part of our marketing team.

What will be your day-to-day?
  • Unification of measurement and usability tools for the entire digital area, through the advanced implementation of Google Analytics, which provides the necessary data to make decisions.
  • Integration of all the tools of Google with Analytics (DCM, DBM, DS).
  • Control and implementation of tags through tag managers (Tealium / Google Tag Manager).
  • Creation of automated reports to monitor digital OKRs and cover the different analytical needs of all areas, providing the team with actionable insights to improve campaigns and conversion.
  • Specific navigation and behavioural analysis through analytical and optimization tools (heat maps, scroll maps, funnel analysis, surveys, etc.).
  • Implementation of a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy through a clear and defined methodology.
  • Exploitation of audience allocation and optimisation models.
  • Support for all digital disciplines in order to achieve optimal measurement of each one of them and at the same time achieve a unified vision.
  • Tracking campaigns, evaluating their success and identifying how they contribute to sales flow to ensure they are delivering an appropriate ROI. Measuring return on investment and online and offline attribution models.
  • Analyse end-reader behaviour, conversations, customer journeys, navigation/conversion funnels and multi-channel attribution for campaign optimization and activation.

What we do expect from you?

  • 2 or more years of experience in data analysis ideally in B2B companies.
  • Knowledge of statistics applied to advertising and digital analytics.
  • Experience in the use of data visualisation tools (Power BI, SQL queries…).
  • Experience in joining and analysing information from different data sources together.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

What will be your day-to-day?
  • In the short term (your first year):

What will be your day-to-day?
  • To guarantee the correct operation of the services, mainly Cloud Contact Center, Virtual PBX and IVR services, that masvoz offers to its clients:
  • Management of technical incidents of clients of masvoz services.
  • To carry out the opening, management and resolution of incidents in the established SLAs.
  • Documentation of incidents.
  • Implementation of VoIP projects on the client's network infrastructure, rethinking and recommendations on the changes to be applied to their network for the proper functioning of our services. Preventive and corrective interventions in clients.
  • Carrying out guards, after a few months of learning.
  • Offer internal technical support to masvoz's colleagues:
