Senior Group Product Manager - Voice Manager

Enreach is currently searching for a Senior Group Product Manager for our Voice Services. Who leads Enreach in expanding its voice products and services in the European market.

What will be your day-to-day?
  • Our new senior product manager has an extensive track record in creating and launching successful voice and communication services.

  • You will provide vision and direction to the development teams and stakeholders, optimize on our internal processes to deliver our roadmap more efficiently towards the future.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product and translate business requirements into predictable roadmap items, together with the development teams.

¿What we do expect from you?

  • 10 years+ working experience as senior product manager in various leading product roles in a communications service provider, communications carrier, telecom operator and/or a communications software product company.
  • International working experience: 5 years+.
  • A strong track record in customer data driven decision making.
  • Proven track record in defining product line strategy, guiding stakeholders with strategic product strategy and bold decisions and translate them into the product backlog.
  • Monitor, analyzing the market demand and competitive offering to understand users, partners and competitors.
  • Acting as a self-propelling and convincing front man to the organization and customers.
  • Able to define detailed product requirements based on business driven product choices.
  • Understanding the fundamentals of both fixed voice and mobile products.
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and written: certificate for English exam upper-intermediate level B2.2 or higher (CEFR).
We will value experience / knowledge in:
  • Fixed-mobile convergence solutions and key technologies.
  • Iterative product development with short time-to-market cycles, minimal viable product based, is key for growing and satisfying our customers.
  • Understanding the fundamentals of platforms eg SIP trunking, codecs, interworking, IMS core, number management, mediation, rating and OCS applications.
  • Key financial components for driving gross margin of these products.
  • The fixed voice and mobile voice/data carrier interconnect market.
  • Having detailed understanding of business support systems and end-to-end delivery and service assurance processes as part of the product value chain.
  • A can-do energetic attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent ability to accurately forecast and qualify opportunities.

Linux & VoIP Technician

Currently in masvoz, we are in full growth and expanding our expert technology team consisting of specialists in development, cloud and voice and video communications in real time.

Specifically, for our offices located in the central area of Barcelona, we are looking for a VoIP Technician or a Linux SysAdmin interested in learning and growing as a VoIP Technician, to be part of our Technology team.

What will be your day-to-day?

In the short term (your first year):
  • You will manage the company's IT platforms: systems, networks, databases, backups, security.
  • You will participate in the planning and execution of technological projects.
  • Documentation of processes, projects and internal procedures.
  • You will give third level support: management of platform incidents of the different services, service restoration, reporting of incidents.
  • You will elaborate improvement proposals.
  • You will carry out guards and preventive and corrective interventions.
In the long term: you will be one of our references in VoIP (To be able to fulfil this mission you will obtain a training plan that will allow you to acquire the necessary knowledge).
  • You will manage the multi-tenant platform of masvoz on which we offer our star services of Cloud Contact Center, Virtual Switchboard and IVR.
  • Evolution and maintenance of the VoIP and webRTC platform based on Asterisk PBX and Kamailio SIP Proxy over Linux.
  • You will provide contact center solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • You will participate in the conception of projects in a multidisciplinary team: developers, devops, sysadmins, security and VoIP.
  • You will reinforce the team, in turns, the 24×7 platform support.

What we do expect from you?

  • You are a person who is used to working in a team, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and resolute.
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Linux Systems Administrator, working in support positions with guarding.

Presales Engineer

Specifically, for our offices located in the city center of Barcelona, we look for an Presales Engineer to help the sales team achieve their objectives by making them aware of the technology, services and added value offered by our products.

What will be your day-to-day?
  • You will collaborate in taking requirements of products inside masvoz's portfolio,
  • focused in particular to the integration area with Cloud solutions (APIs, CRM, ERP
  • and SaaS in general).
  • Support to the commercial area by answering their questions.
  • Accompanying the commercial area in technical visits.
  • Documentation and knowledge management, carrying out and keeping updated the documentation of competitor analysis.
To be able to fulfil this mission you will obtain a training plan that will allow you to acquire the necessary knowledge of all masvoz's services.

What we do expect from you?

  • Training in Telecommunications or similar with a technical aspect.
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the described functions.
  • Advance level of English.
  • Ability to offer a multidisciplinary vision (not only technical) of the products and to interact fluently with internal and external clients.
  • Teamwork skills, learning ability and customer and results orientation.
We value your contribution but it is not essential:
